Disclaimer:

As our bandanas, collars, harnesses and leashes are handmade, each one may be slightly different. this includes the color, pattern placement, size, and shape. This means your BB will be unique to your pet! We do try and make our products durable and long lasting, but if you leave your pet unattended with their Boris Bandana accessories we are not responsible for any damage.

While using your BB seat belt, please only use a harness that has been crash tested and safety rated by the Center for Pet Safety (CPS). Boris Bandanas is not responsible for the miss-use of this product. NEVER ATTACH THIS TO YOUR DOGS COLLAR. 

    Processing Time:

    Our current processing time is 2-3 weeks from order to ship date. 

    Lifetime Warranty:

    Boris Bandanas Adventure Biothane Gear products are covered by a Lifetime warranty, and are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to an issue on our end we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

    This warranty is only applicable in the United States and Canada.

    Shipping Policy:

    We ship internationally using your local post provider. Shipping time and costs will vary depending on the service that you choose at checkout. We do offer free shipping within the USA for orders above $75.00. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before purchase.

    Boris Bandanas is not responsible for delays due to weather, strike, other conditions, or delayed processing by the post office.

    A few notes for customers outside the USA:

    Customs and taxes 

    Please allow additional time for your purchase to clear your country's customs. Your order may be subject to additional taxes and/or customs charges imposed by your country's customs office.

    I am not registered to collect VAT, GST or any other taxes or fees on behalf of your country’s tax or customs authorities. If taxes or fees are owed to your government, you will be responsible for paying them when you receive your order. ***Import duties, fees and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the USA and are NOT included in your orders total.*** Boris Bandanas is not responsible for any of theses fees, import duties, VAT, or customs charges*** as these must be paid by the recipient of the package. Your items will not be reshipped or refunded, including shipping fees, if your package is refused or returned to sender.

    **For UK buyers: Please be aware that your country's customs office may charge you a VAT fee. There may be also an £8 handling fee from the UK post office. VAT and Royal Mail handling charges are not included in the price of your item and may be shown as additional shipping fees on your Royal Mail receipt.

    Return Policy

    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

    As harnesses are custom made to fit your dog, they CANNOT be returned or exchanged, unless there was a mistake on our part.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Care Instructions:

    Bandanas: Hand wash gentle cold, hang to dry, warm iron or lay flat to dry

    Adventure Biothane Gear: spot clean with soap and towel dry
