These Velvet Doggie Bag Dispensers are super easy to load and unload bag rolls through the drawstring top. Pull the first bag out of the bottom grommet to start dispensing the baggies.
To put in a new roll just open the draw string top and pull the bags out of the opening on the bottom. *includes a roll of bags*
